mpo53 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "You") and mpo53 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the mpo53 online betting platform accessible at https://mpo53.cam and all associated services.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on mpo53, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the unique user account created by the Member to access the Platform and place bets.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in the Member's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, minus withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by the Member on a game, sport, or other event offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by mpo53 to the Member, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by mpo53 to confirm the Member's identity, age, and residential address.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game will pay back to players over time, as certified by independent testing laboratories.
• "WIB" (Western Indonesia Time) means UTC+7, the primary time zone used for customer service hours and draw schedules on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register an account and use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Creation

Each Member may create only one Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds, including winnings. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are responsible for all transactions and bets placed under your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify mpo53 customer support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mpo53 requires all Members to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification (KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your identification document.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

mpo53 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 to Rp 100,000. mpo53 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on the payment method selected. If your deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction receipt or reference number.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on mpo53 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to IDR at their prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed the KYC verification process.
• Have a positive Account Balance available for withdrawal (not locked by bonus wagering requirements).
• Withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during normal business hours (WIB). First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours while we complete additional security checks. Withdrawals requested outside of WIB business hours or during Indonesian public holidays may experience slight delays.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Member tier and payment method:

• Standard Members: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 200,000,000 per month.
• VIP Silver Members: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, Rp 500,000,000 per month.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

mpo53 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may deduct their own processing fees from the transferred amount.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

mpo53 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If you deposit via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal must be sent to your BCA account. If you deposit via multiple methods, withdrawals will be proportionally distributed to match deposit sources.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or impose additional verification steps for large or suspicious withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

mpo53 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before converting it to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

mpo53 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinating bets with other users to exploit bonus terms, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Repeated bonus abuse may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Opt-Out

Members may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. If you opt out, you will not be eligible for future promotional offers, but you may continue to use the Platform without bonuses.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on mpo53 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet details before confirming placement. mpo53 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections, or duplicate bets.

6.2 Maximum and Minimum Stakes

Each game and market has specified minimum and maximum stake limits. Minimum bets on togel (lottery) markets typically start at Rp 1,000. Minimum bets on sportsbook markets start at Rp 5,000. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, league, and market type and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Sportsbook Betting

For bandar bola (football bookmaking) and other sports betting markets, the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official league or competition results. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, settlement rules vary by sport and will follow industry-standard practices.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the point when the market is suspended or closed by mpo53. Odds and markets are updated in real time during live events.
• Asian Handicap bets and Over/Under bets follow standard Asian betting rules, including half-win and half-loss scenarios based on the handicap line.

6.4 Togel (Lottery) Betting

Results are determined by official draw outcomes published by the respective lottery operators. Bet types include 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, Shio, and others. Payout odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are final.

6.5 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) and video slots are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt. All games use certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes that cannot be manipulated by mpo53 or any player.

RTP percentages for each game are independently certified and available for review within the game information panel. mpo53 does not alter RTP rates.

6.6 Sabung Ayam (Cockfighting)

Bet types include Meron vs Wala (red corner vs blue corner), BDD (quick result format), and other specialty markets. Results are determined by the official arena referee decision and are final.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Age Restriction

mpo53 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

7.2 Self-Limit Tools

mpo53 provides responsible gaming tools to help Members maintain control over their betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mpo53 and will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or scrape data from the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to exploit game mechanics, bonus terms, or betting markets.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, fraudulent bank accounts, or any illicit source.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward mpo53 staff or other Members.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or backend systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

mpo53 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform, and we are not liable for service outages, technical errors, or temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events.

mpo53 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.

mpo53 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials, unauthorized access to your Account, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game result, or Account transaction, you must contact mpo53 customer support within 14 days of the disputed event. Provide detailed information including your Account username, transaction ID or bet ID, date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue.

Our support team will investigate the dispute and respond within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team for final review. mpo53's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mpo53 Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the property of mpo53 or our licensed game providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

12. Amendments to Terms

mpo53 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Members of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, by sending email notification to registered Members.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo53 holds its gaming license. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

By using the Platform, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mpo53.
